12th scale miniature of the classroom as described in the book "Cuore" written by Edmondo De Amicis ( a masterpiece of Italian Literature)
The roombox has the following dimensions: cm 54x35x25
I have tried to imagine and reproduce a classroom in 1881, period of the beginning of the Kingdom of Italy.
All the furniture (the desks, the blackboard, the teaching desk and the chair) are fully hand manufactured.
A lot of working hours were necessary to accomplish this miniature room.
The desks can be opened by means of hinges and, inside there are books, notebooks and small blackboards.
The classroom is also equipped with cute details as the schoolbags, the books of the pupils and their hats are hanged at the coat hooks.
Of course, I could not forget the map and the portrait of the King.
